Our Story
Why world class Corvettes?
Founded by Greg Thurmond in 1987, Outrageous paint by GTS Customs has experience in all custom automotive repair and restoration.
Greg’s passion for Corvettes started at an early age of 10 years old. In fact, one of his first paint jobs, at 15, happened to be his fathers 63′ Convertible Corvette that went on to win numerous shows and awards.
From concept to completion , at GTS Customs we go beyond the enthusiasts expectations.
As the time has gone on. Greg has passed the torch onto his youngest son Weston Thurmond to continue the legacy he is also so very passionate about. Weston has been following in Gregs footsteps since he was 12 years of age. He worked in the shop as soon as he could and wanted to learn from the legend him self.
Greg and Weston are now Partners in GTS Customs, Inc. They follow the same religious ways Greg has instilled in the business for years and will carry out into the years to come.
